How to Use

Movements with the P.3 Trainer can be done both standing or on a mat. Attach the ankle straps to each ankle, then follow your Pvolve trainer’s cue’s to attach the appropriate resistance band (long or short) to the side of the body you’re starting with and secure by moving the rubber cover down over the clasp of the carabiner. Attach your desired handle at the other end. When using the ball overhead, use your forefinger and thumb around the notch to secure your grip.  When using the ball on the mat, hold on top to secure grip.  With two interchangeable resistance bands (long and short) and two handle options (a traditional handle and a 1.5 lb ball), our innovative P.3 Trainer is an all-over toning system that works legs, glutes, arms, core, and a whole lot more. Avoid exposing the P.3 Trainer to rough, sharp or abrasive surfaces or to excessive sunlight. Hand-wash with a damp soft cloth and warm soapy water. Store in a cool, dry place.
