The app provides real-time biofeedback on HR, HRV, and coherence, and lets you customise exercises and breathing rhythm. Use between two meetings, in traffic beds, or in bed. You decide where and when you take a break. Moonbird advises starting with short, 4-6 min exercises, for 2 or 3 times a day to reap the most benefits and get used to breathing with moonbird.
