How to Use
How to Use
Adults and Children (14+yrs): take one to two capsules daily with food. We recommend starting with one capsule daily for a week and then increasing to two daily. Capsule can be twisted open and contents mixed with food or drinks - this is possible because we don't use a chemically made enteric coated (acid resistant) capsule. We advise to take a 6–9 month course from the start as most of us have depleted microbiomes. Take during and after antibiotics for at least 6 months, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics - biomes recover slowly after antibiotic use. This product is safe to take alongside all other products including prescription drugs Caution: As a precaution, do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not take with hot drinks.
