How to Use
How to Use
Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. One 475ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality. Store in a cool cupboard, no need to refrigerate. Do not shake. Once opened use within two months. Keep out of direct sunlight.
