Arctium lappa (Burdock) dry extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (shell), mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), zinc bisglycinate, Oryza sativa L. (rice concentrate), Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) dry extract, copper bisglycinate, L-seleniomethionin, rice starch, glyceryl dibehenate (anti-caking agent), maltodextrin, chromium picolinate. Not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation. All Guud supplements are free from gluten, wheat and lactose and are suitable for vegans. They don’t contain added sugar, preservatives or artificial colourings. Guud supplements are as natural as possible, usng Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) for the capsules instead of (bovine) gelatin, derived from wood cellulose.
